Their are also some criminal charges such as Arson, Domestic Violence, Aggravated Assault (or Aggravated Battery) that can only be removed if the charge was completely dismissed. In most other cases the information can still be sealed even if the outcome was a No Contest plea that resulted in a withhold of adjudication of guilt.
